Subscribers wishing to cancel their subscription are required to do so at least 24 hours before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
For any issues, contact us at help@nextbase.solutions for a possible refund. Refunds are only available if credits haven’t been used.
Cancellations partway through a billing cycle will not result in prorated charges. Subscribers will have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may opt out of auto-renewal by adjusting your subscription settings or by contacting us before the renewal date.
All cancellations will be processed immediately upon request. However, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
We reserve the right to modify or replace this policy at any time. If a revision is significant, we will provide at least 7 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
